Dear Mr. Yang Yuanqing.

My name is Maciej Michon, I live in Poland, Europe.

One year ago, I bought a Y550 notebook.
One year the computer worked good.

On 10 April, unfortunately, my computer break down.
I called at lenovo service (hotline: 0 800 309 409).
In a telephone conversation, I was told that I sent the computer to them (a courier).
After two weeks I called the service again.
I heard that I must to wait until the end of July for a new computer motherboard - 4 month !!
I did not agree on such a long wait.
I was offered, the exchange of a new computer.
I agreed to exchange. I was offered Y570 (59325739).

Unfortunately, it's been over a month, and the computer has not been sent.

I call and write an email to servis everyday, unfortunately, it does not change anything.

I am a programmer, the computer uses to work.

Two months is too long for me for the repair / replacement computer.

Long repair / replacement computer in the service is not just my problem.
In a large Polish newspaper article came out today about the problems of lenovo service center in Poland - http://wiadomosci.gazeta.pl/wi... .

Please help me to get a new computer.
