LenovoCare Premium Support - because not everyone’s a PC expert

Guest blogging today, our own Amy Milslagle shares her thoughts on LenovoCare Premium Support services...

Everyone thinks that working for a computer company means you’re an expert on everything “computer”.  Well, I am here to say, without a doubt, that hypothesis is emphatically incorrect.  My real job involves writing stuff. Technically, I’m the “Senior Marcom Manager for WW Services”, which is the fancy way of saying I write stuff…about our services.  So, it seems only logical that it falls to me, the “word girl”, (who happens to be woefully incompetent at computer maintenance) to blog about our new LenovoCare Premium Support offering. I'll admit to being somewhat biased, but coming from someone who needs help with simple things like archiving, LenovoCare Premium Support is a gift wrapped in a big red bow.  This site offers just about every PC support and "out-of-warranty" support service you could possibly need.  So, when I leave the safe confines of computer central and have to go home to a PC issue, instead of throwing my PC out the window (and incidentally, it’s not a Lenovo PC – I purchased it prior to my employment, in case you're reading this boss) I can continue to rely on the skills and expertise of Lenovo certified technicians. LenovoCare Premium Supportcan help with anything from virus protection, PC/wireless/network/game console set up, to parental control and Internet performance optimization.  There’s even a free download called PC Checkup which will run a diagnostic scan on your PC to identify what, if any, issues exist and offer free easy fixes to improve performance, or additional for-purchase services that can address more complex issues. Take it from someone who knows, PC problems can be frustrating and time consuming.  Not everyone can be an expert, I certainly am not, but LenovoCare Premium Support technicians are, and they can help.  Check them out!
