Gregory Boyd is an internal marketing consultant at Lenovo. He is also a professional photographer, which may give you some insight into why he so loves the visual aspect of Dual Independent Display. Dual Independent Display (DiD) allows me to connect two screens to one computer, which is important for visual artists. A common misconception is that if you replace your old desktop PC with a new all-in-one (AIO) like the ThinkCentre Edge 91z, you lose your old monitor too. But actually ThinkCentre AIOs enable your existing monitor to become a secondary screen.  This means I can use my old ThinkVision monitor or other VGA compatible monitor for new work! If you’re at all like me, your desktop is cluttered with your day’s work and you are likely running several applications at once. Even on a big monitor I run out of viewing space. I’m editing photos, reading email, backing up data, chatting online, checking the news, and listening to music at the same time, and I need to be able to see all of these with just one glance.
